The Business Development Manager – I&E Services is responsible for driving market growth and strategic customer acquisition for Strike, promoting its core service offerings in the Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) sector.
Requirements
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the I&E sector
- Promote and sell Strike's core I&E services
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry clients, EPCs, and midstream operators
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and estimating teams
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain detailed activity within CRM systems and report regularly
- Represent Strike at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
