Job Description
Stripe is seeking a Program Manager, GTM Strategic Programs to help orchestrate its Go-to-Market initiatives. The role focuses on driving program execution, ensuring successful stakeholder engagement, and building impactful programs to support the company's mission to increase the Internet’s GDP. This is a full stack program management role offering opportunities to drive program change, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience working in a sales and marketing organization
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or related discipline
- Strong track record of delivering global, complex programs with multiple constituents
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Comfort operating with incomplete data and adapting
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
- Leadership qualities and passion for continuous improvement
