Risk Partnerships Manager

Stripe is seeking a Risk Partnerships Manager to play a critical role in their financial and partnership health. This role involves developing expertise in risk policies, building relationships with financial partners, and contributing to the company's growth. The manager will be responsible for managing risks related to financial partners, including both bank sponsors and local payment methods, and will contribute to Stripe’s risk strategy objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in the payments industry (Risk Management experience preferred).
• Partner-facing experience with APAC Payment methods, acquiring bank sponsors, or additional relevant payment methods in APAC.
• Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a drive to have an impact.
• Experience in managing day to day risk initiatives, requirements and incidents across a variety of internal and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including negotiating timelines and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated project/program management skills.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship building skills.
