We are looking for a Risk Strategist to join our Risk Strategy, Financial Crimes team at Stripe. As a key advisor, you will shape Stripe's global approach to AML and Sanctions risk management, ensuring that our products can scale safely while fostering trust with regulators, partners, and users.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Fintech
• Deep subject matter expertise in AML, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring
• Proven ability to design, implement, and operationalize financial crime standards and controls
