Job Description
Stripe is seeking a Team Lead for its Risk Operations team to support the growth of their user and global footprint. The role focuses on operational leverage, expanding Stripe's portfolio of operational capabilities, and delivering frictionless experiences for both independent business users, startups, SMBs, and enterprises. The team will investigate accounts for fraud, provide guidance and mentorship to team members, and contribute to process improvement and team growth.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience coaching/leading operations teams and managing performance
- Experience mentoring others and delivering feedback
- Experience with weekly and monthly business metrics and reporting
- Proven ability to be a subject matter expert in Risk Operations
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
