We're seeking a Manager, Enterprise Data Analytics to lead a team of analysts supporting and advancing initiatives to deliver analytics for operational performance in collaboration with market operations, clinical, strategy, finance, and business development teams.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts
• Manage team operations, including project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and design scalable analytics solutions
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics tools
