Job Description
Strive Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced nursing care for Kidney Disease and Esclerosis Kidneys (CKD/ESKD) patients in Richmond, VA. The NP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide best-in-class patient care, advocate for patients, and deliver high-quality clinical care. This role offers a hybrid-remote flexible work arrangement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP), Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nephrology experience
- Current state-specific licensure required
- Autonomous Practice certification or willingness to obtain it
- National Board Certification
- Current BLS or CPR Certification
