Research Associate

STRM.BIO is a VC-backed biotech startup building a new kind of gene therapy delivery platform. We're looking for Research Associates to help grow our research engine and support key programs.

Requirements

• Support the Research Team in efforts across multiple collaborative research programs
• Contribute to R&D efforts to meet project milestones
• Maintain standards consistent with company culture and values
• Generate, analyze, and share experimental results
• Attend team meetings to discuss results and future plans
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of molecular and cellular biology techniques
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain accurate records in electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and contribute to documentation for internal reports and regulatory filings
