Job Description
The Project Superintendent position will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, and trade contractor and supplier coordination for a Commercial General Contractor.
Requirements
- ALL aspects of creating and maintaining a safe job site.
- Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
- Creates & maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Organizes and directs all self-perform work on site.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
