Job Description
SIA is seeking a mechanical or materials engineer to join their Nuclear Fatigue Management team, remotely or in office locations. This role supports projects in fatigue analysis, creep fatigue interaction, stress analysis, and software design and testing. Responsibilities include client interaction, proposal contributions, and collaboration with internal engineering teams.
Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Materials Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Nuclear Plant Systems, Design Engineering, Programs Engineering, EPRI awareness, and Materials Degradation
- Experience with NRC regulations and business protocol
- Computer programming (ANSYS SimAI, Python)
