Lead Financial Analyst

The Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day aspects of financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting, and budgeting. This role will collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets, quarterly projections, and long-term financial plans, and will analyze financial performance to provide actionable insights to support business growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum 4 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Financial modeling experience preferred
• Manufacturing and/or medical device company experience preferred
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance preferred, along with Public Company experience
