Job Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the Area Coordinator, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. Serve as a resource for students and staff, connecting them to campus and community services and addressing inquiries related to housing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Answer phones, take messages, and answer emails
- Make deliveries to and from various campus offices
- Scheduling appointments and greeting visitors
- Clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry
- Assist on projects, including creating marketing materials and coordinating deliveries across campus
- Respond to requests and seek information to answer questions appropriately
