The HSHP Dean's Office Student Assistant will support the Dean's office and departments of the school of HSHP by managing reception tasks and assisting with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the Dean's Office and related suites.
- Greet students and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer the phone, transfer calls, and take/deliver messages.
- Lead weekly HSHP tours.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of school and department records.
- Prepare marketing materials.
- Deliver mail and packages.
- Post digital signage as requested.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets.
- Use Canva and Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Maintain confidentiality.
