STUDENT-Track & Field Office Assistant

The Student-Track & Field Office Assistant will support the Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches with correspondence, office operations, and field support. This role involves mail merge, data entry, and equipment maintenance. It is a part-time position requiring flexibility and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Adobe (preferred)
• Outstanding problem solving, communication and customer service skills
• Flexible, collaborative and willing to work with a variety of personalities
• Ability to set up, break down and perform audio-visual equipment
