Job Description
Studio AR&D Architects is seeking a Job Captain to join their team and contribute to the creative work of the firm. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of construction documents, project management skills, and the ability to lead a production team. The role involves overseeing the creation of drawings and construction documents, while communicating with clients and managing projects effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-bachelor’s degree Architecture firm experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in design and detailing projects through construction documentation and construction administration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion and Bluebeam
