Job Description
Studs is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects to lead cross-functional initiatives that shape long-term growth and operating model evolution. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker, executor who can move seamlessly between various stages, and someone with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. The Director will partner with the CEO, run diligence on market opportunities, and build frameworks to support strategic decisions. Ideal candidates will blend analytical and communication skills to drive impactful results.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience across top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth operator roles
- Undergraduate degree from a top university; MBA from a leading business school strongly preferred
- Exceptional structured thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight
- Strong executive communication skills
