Job Description
The Progression & Engagement Officer's role is to support students' progression needs both face-to-face and online. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of tutorial sessions, 1-1 support and guidance, establishing a programme of activities to help students develop skills and confidence outside the classroom in preparation for their transition to HE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of supporting students in an educational context
- Experience of organising trips and visits
- Experience of creating engaging content and delivering workshops
- Experience of working collaboratively with external partners
- Experience of facilitating the 'student voice'
- Ability to structure your work in order to support compliance, deal with competing priorities
