Job Description
The Study at University of Chicago is seeking a full-time Culinary Supervisor to provide genuine hospitality and high-quality service to guests. The ideal candidate is curious and desires to increase knowledge of traditional cooking techniques in a guest-centered service environment.
Requirements
- Utilize effective leadership skills to engage, motivate and develop staff
- Supervise all aspects of the hotel's food production while maintaining profitable F&B operations and the highest quality products and service levels
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage programs
- Know and enforce all local health sanitation laws
