Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in B2C growth marketing, social media, community building, and performance marketing
- Pro in analyzing funnels, KPIs, and LTV:CAC
- Creative in handling content, branding, and design, and knows how to repeatedly increase engagement
- Project manager who drives complex initiatives independently from idea to implementation
- Fluent in German & English
