You're excited to start with us and face new challenges every day? As a Marketing Manager at Studyflix, you'll be in daily contact with corporate partners and help them solve their challenges in employer marketing as best as possible.

Your tasks will be:

• Identify potential corporate customers, actively approach them, and help them take their employer marketing to the next level
• Advise your customers on how to win their target group with our solutions and create tailored offers
• Create evaluations and reports and identify optimization potential
• Build a strategic relationship with the customers you've won and ensure a long-term customer relationship

You bring:

• A completed study (BWL, Geistes- oder Sozialwissenschaften o.Ä.) or a completed training (e.g. in the commercial sector)
• You're enthusiastic about sales and enjoy advising customers
• Your communication skills, determination, and persuasiveness make you stand out
• Ideally, you have initial experiences in marketing or dealing with customers, above all, motivation and personality count
