Job Description
As a senior implementation consultant at StudyTube, you will help customers to become independent in the use of our platform. You will implement customers, create implementation plans, and have a big impact on the start of the customer towards go-live. You will build sustainable relationships with customers and enjoy coaching your implementation colleagues.
Requirements
- Completed HBO/WO education
- At least 5 years of work experience in (SaaS) implementation and/or project management
- Result-oriented and work in a structured way
- Excellent stakeholder manager with experience in C-level contact
- Good command of Dutch and English
