Head of Design

Stuut is hiring a Head of Design to build and run the design function, setting the direction for the product experience, raising the bar on craft, and putting the systems and hiring plan in place to scale.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years designing and shipping product in high-ownership environments
• led design direction before
• strong product judgment and UX fundamentals
• comfortable owning ambiguous problems
• high bar for craft
• operating as a product lead in practice
• take big swings and have a clear point of view on agentic design
