Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant Project Manager to lead the project team, develop policies and procedures, and mentor team members in managing capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations, and additions for healthcare facilities in New York City. The successful candidate will represent the owner's interest in managing design professionals and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Demonstrated history of managing minimum of $10 million in healthcare or related construction types
- Experience in project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to creatively resolve issues and supervise people
- High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and Share Point
