Healthcare Construction Project Manager

STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will represent the owner's interest in managing design professionals and contractors constructing state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. The role involves managing all phases of the project life cycle, including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close-out services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical renovations and owner representative/project management experience
• Demonstrated history in managing $50 million in healthcare or related construction types
• High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and Share Point
