Intermediate Transit Architect

STV is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Transit Architectural Designer to join our team in the heart of New York, NY or Washington, DC. In this role, you will work on innovative projects that will shape the future of transportation.

Requirements

• Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch preferred)
• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a project architect working within the rail/transit sector
• Transit Architecture design experience including station and related facilities is required
• Registered Licensed Architect in the State of New York is preferred
• Experience in the transportation sector is required
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite are required
• Experience with OpenBuildings, Rhino, 3-D Max, Sketch-up is a plus and LEED Accreditation is also a plus
• Excellent design, technical detailing, and strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual, are essential
