Job Description
STV is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join their PM/CM team to work with an Aviation client in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction process, overseeing the design review process, and ensuring project goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
- 15 years or more experience in construction management, preferably on airport projects
- Experience with projects over $50 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
