Job Description
STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Education for our PM/CM Group in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field and a minimum of 15+ years of experience with knowledge of k-12 an or Higher Education construction starting from $50M.
Requirements
- Organizing cross-functional activities
- Coordination of project work efforts
- Managing and directing the development of proposals
- Project initiation, execution/control and closeout
- Project budgets, extra work requests and invoicing
- Participates in project-specific marketing, proposal preparation and presentations
- Plays the complete project execution and develops the project manual
- Works with Senior Managers to schedule and monitors manpower requirements
- Managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements
