STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Public Works for our PM/CM Group. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field and experience with project management and coordination.
Requirements
- Organizing cross-functional activities and coordination of project work efforts
- Managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout
- Project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing
- Project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations
- Developing the project manual
- Scheduling and monitoring manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance
