Job Description
We're a team of 450+ professionals from 50+ nationalities, all commercially driven, entrepreneurial and ready to turn potential into progress. We're focused on making a profit with a purpose by trading in environmental commodities and creating decarbonization strategies for clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software development within product-led companies, ideally in fintech or B2B SaaS at scale.
- Strong in TypeScript for modern frontend development, with solid backend experience in Python and Node.js.
- Deep knowledge of core AWS services, including serverless and infrastructure as code (e.g., CDK), plus experience with Kinesis/Kafka and Kubernetes.
- Track record in driving best practices, security, quality, or architectural standards, as a bar-raiser or champion.
- A strong communicator who thinks beyond problem-solving and collaborates effectively across teams.
- Bonus: Experience with trading workflows, commodities, or carbon/energy markets.
