STX is a team of 450+ professionals from 50+ nationalities, commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and focused on making a profit with a purpose. We're looking for a Trading Operations Specialist - BioFuels to lead day-to-day physical operations and ensure smooth execution of all physical trades.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in liquid bulk or biofuels operations, ideally in a trading environment.
- Strong expertise in physical deal execution, logistics coordination, EFP processes, and cargo documentation.
- Comfortable taking the lead and helping others grow, while staying involved in day-to-day tasks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a high sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
