Job Description
Stylitics is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to contribute to the development of AI-powered applications for various retail clients. The role involves writing production-level code using Java, specializing in prompt engineering with large language models (LLMs), and maintaining scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor with the opportunity to influence the future of AI model-based applications in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Requirements
- Write production-level code in Java
- Prompt engineering and testing with LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)
- System design, scalability, API use and open source packages
- Model performance evaluation using structured test cases and metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate independently
- Experience with building test workflows for LLMs
