Developmental Group Leader - Body Assembly 2nd Shift

The Developmental Group Leader – Body is responsible for promoting team success, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance. This role involves assessing and developing Team Members using the SIA Production System and leading activities according to plant and section goals. The leader needs to be a proactive and accountable leader, capable of inspiring and motivating a team.

Requirements

• Certificate/Associate Degree in Organizational Leadership or related field, or willingness to obtain a certificate within two years.
• 4+ years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Willingness to provide and take direction.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold accountability.
• Proactive initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to treat others with respect and dignity.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Experience with Kaizen/Continuous improvement activities (preferred).
