Requirements
- Monitor assigned projects for conformance
- Develop client relationships
- Manage field staff, including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Career Start Project Engineers and Co-ops
- Provide leadership in projects
- Participate in project turnover meetings
- Provide client contact information
- Coordinate field training
- Maintain communication with stakeholders
- Understand market trends to prepare for construction
- Ensure timely project completion
