Job Description
Suffolk is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead projects focused on data center and mission-critical construction for leading technology and telecommunications clients in the United States. This role involves managing all phases of a project, from site inspections to subcontractor management, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. It is a fast-paced, innovative environment requiring someone who can thrive in a large-scale, complex project.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Fire Protection)
- 10+ years of experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems
- Excellent business judgment and financial acumen
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
