Clinical Nurse Practitioner - Multiple Shifts and Locations

Full-time or Part-time Clinical Nurse Practitioner is needed in the Opioid Treatment Program, operated by Suffolk County Department of Health Services, Division of Community Mental Hygiene. The Nurse Practitioner would provide Medication Management to patients, including assessment of patients seeking treatment of Methadone and assess the appropriateness for this level of treatment.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) issued by, and registered with, the State of New York, with a specialization in a definite area of practice recognized by the State of New York.
• Infection Control certificate (REQUIRED by NYS)
• Valid DEA
• Addiction Services: 1 year (Preferred)
