We are seeking an experienced SENDCo to join our team on a short-term, part-time basis for one day per week. The role is required immediately and will run until Easter 2026, while we recruit a permanent SENDCo for April 2026.
Requirements
- Qualified teacher with the NASENCO Award or NPQ in SEN (or working towards this)
- Proven experience in leading SEND provision
- Manage SEND processes confidently, including identification, assessment, interventions, provision mapping, and maintaining SEND records
- Communicate well with pupils, staff, families and outside agencies
- Committed to inclusive practice and improving outcomes for learners with SEND
