Suffolk County Council is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Mental Health, Learning Disability & Autism Review Team. The role involves working with customers, their families, and service providers to ensure services meet customer needs. The team uses a strengths-based approach and has a strong, cohesive, and supportive management team.
Requirements
- Social Work qualification recognised by Social Work England and Social Work England registration
- Collaborative approach through effective partnership working with people, families, and wider services
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and service developments
- Passion to embrace new/innovative ways of working including digital technology
- Skill in assessing and working with risk, being risk positive where appropriate
- Ability to support others in developing and improving their own practice
