Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team. The successful candidate will take on or work towards Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) responsibilities and play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.

Requirements

• HLTA accreditation or Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience of working with children in a school setting, preferably across multiple key stages
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to high standards of safeguarding, inclusion, and child development
