Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants who are dynamic and friendly, with a passion for improving outcomes and life experiences for our pupils in the school with SLD and PMLD needs.

Requirements

• Some knowledge about SEND
• Passionate about ensuring the highest quality learning for children with complex needs and severe learning difficulties
• Strong interpersonal skills and innovative techniques
• Can support each pupil to access a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum differentiated to meet individual needs
• Can maintain confidentiality
• Awareness of safeguarding
