1st and 2nd Shift Production Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role plays a key part in the food production process, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and secure work environment.

Requirements

• Operate production equipment according to detailed Work Instructions and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Conduct lab sampling and basic testing to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain biosecurity protocols and production security procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and yard spotters to move and stage raw materials and finished products.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized; perform regular sanitation of equipment as required.
• Record and maintain accurate production data and documentation.
• Support team members and adapt to different production tasks as needed.
