Maintenance Technician

Sugaright in Dallas is looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician who can keep a busy manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and can troubleshoot and repair equipment across the entire plant with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, including electric motors (low and high voltage), centrifugal pumps, valves, dryers, and electrical devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and mobile assets including forklifts, front-end loaders, semi-trucks, and trailers.
• Diagnose electrical issues using proper testing methods and safely replace motors, components, and controls as needed.
• Follow GMP, SQF, sanitation, and food safety standards while performing maintenance activities in production areas.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Complete work orders, PM documentation, and daily activity reporting.
• Work independently with limited supervision while maintaining strong communication with operations and leadership.
• Maintain company tools, shop organization, and a safe work environment at all times.
