Sullivan Tire is seeking a Sales & Service Writer to provide excellent customer service and build a loyal customer base. The role focuses on understanding tire and auto service needs and assisting customers with scheduling and service needs. A customer service focused individual, demonstrating a proven sales track record in an automotive environment, is desired.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in a retail environment
• Strong telephone skills
• Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus
