Requirements

• Room patients and obtain patient health histories
• Perform initial and secondary assessments of patients
• Document patient information and care provided
• Assess post-operative wounds and provide standardized instruction in wound care
• Provide standardized patient education instructions
• Act as liaison between patient/family and physician
• Travel to and provide coverage to outreach clinical locations and/or athletic events
