Job Description
Sun Chemical is seeking a Reliability Engineer I to ensure the reliability and maintainability of existing, new, and modified systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role involves updating asset information in CMMS, performing risk assessments, and assisting with capital projects. The position also focuses on maintaining CMMS and supporting site operations, including purchasing, budgets, and supplier management.
Requirements
- Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an asset maintenance plan.
- Effectively utilizes predictive maintenance and other non-destructive testing methodologies.
- Provides input to the Risk Management Plan.
- Tracks and publishes maintenance metrics.
- Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures.
