Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
- Practical skills in DIY, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work effectively, and keep accurate records of maintenance work.
