SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis

The SVP, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting and long-range planning. They assist with ensuring the organization meets financially related operational standards, accomplishes accounting requirements, establishes and improves financial condition and accomplishes corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in in Finance or Accounting (Required)
• 10+ years in financial analysis (Required)
• 7 years in in a supervisory role (Required)
• 6 months in in a real estate industry (Preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Prior experience with budgeting software conversion project
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple budgeting techniques and tools
• Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel and accounting and budgeting software programs
• Working knowledge of data warehouses; ability to identify requisite data and their potential sources
