Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting multiple Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence and Data Integration applications. This role requires 24x7 support on a rotational basis and is subject to overtime. You will work with stakeholders and business leaders to influence and deliver operational improvements, incidents, assignments & solutions that are complex and strategic in nature.
Requirements
- 5+ years hand-on experience working as an IT Application/Technical support analyst
- 2-3+ years or more experience with ETL Tools: Informatica PowerCenter/Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
- 2-3+ years working in a DW/BI environment
- 2-3+ years experience with Mainframe technologies; TSO, ZEKE, JCL, COBOL
- Knowledge of Business Objects Universe Designer and Web Intelligence
- Experience with Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, flat files (7+ years)
- Experience with Postgresql
- Knowledge/Experience in Windows and Unix
- ITIL Foundations Level 3 Certification an asset
- Computer Science degree or certificate, or equivalent, supplemental training
