Job Description
The F&B Receiving Admin ensures efficient and accurate management of food and beverage goods arriving at Sun Valley Resorts shipping and receiving facility. This includes maintaining inventory records and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Coordinate the receiving process for all incoming food and beverage items
- Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity, and adherence to purchase orders and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of all received goods using inventory management systems
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene regulations, and environmental management
