We are looking for a curious and insightful Marketing Data Analyst to join our expanding Commercial Data Science team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we understand our customers and optimize our marketing efforts across marketing channels and countries.
Requirements
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Influencer teams to align data insights with our acquisition and retention goals
- Analyze complex datasets from ad platforms, such as Google, Meta, TikTok, web analytics (GA4), and internal order systems to refine targeting and budget allocation across channels and countries
- Design and analyze A/B tests and geo-lift studies and focus relentlessly on incremental lift, helping stakeholders understand what revenue we wouldn't have generated without a specific marketing touchpoint
- Utilize, co-develop and validate our in-house Media Mix Models (MMM) to assess the holistic impact of our marketing spend and implement advanced analytical methods to optimize our marketing
