Senior Demand Planner (all genders)

We're looking for a strategic and highly analytical Senior Demand Planner to lead our forecasting efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll be the force behind our demand planning, translating complex data into precise forecasts that optimize inventory, support strategic growth, and ensure our business runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Business Acumen: Develop and maintain sophisticated demand forecasts, leveraging statistical models and market intelligence.
• Collaboration: Partner across the organization with sales, marketing, and finance to gather critical business inputs for a unified forecast.
• Decision Quality: Drive key improvements in forecast accuracy and process efficiency.
• Process Management: Act as a key player in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial goals.
• Dealing with Ambiguity: Lead the demand planning process in a dynamic environment, making informed decisions and acting effectively even when you don't have all the information.
• Developing Others: Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
